We were referred to Bio-One by a friend, after heavy rains resulted in water and sewage damage to our basement. Our experience with Bio One was excellent. Brian and his team are very professional, did a great job and communicated with us every step of the basement cleanup. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. It was a pleasure to work with Bio-One Chicago North.

Brian and his team's service was amazing. Sadly, my neighbor recently passed away and had been dead for a week. The fire department had to break down his door and the coroner had to remove him, and my condo and our entire tier was overcome with the horrible smell that comes with a situation like that. My neighbor's family was out of town and could not be here for 3 days, so we had to move quickly or our building would have been uninhabitable. I got a crash course in finding a company that did this type of work and the reviews were horrible. The only one I found that was not was Bio-One Chicago North. I called him on Sunday at 1PM. He and his team were here by 3:30PM and went to work. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why and got to the business at hand. They spent over 3 hours here, and removed all of the bio materials-which included tearing up all the carpet and wood flooring-and disposed of them in hazmat bags/boxes that were then taken to a hazardous material company to be destroyed. They also set up a machine that took out the rest of the smell. By the time they left, I didn't have to wear a mask and my neighbor's place smelled normal. This was especially important as my neighbor's family was coming to an already tough situation and Brian's work made at least one part of it easier. Brian even came back for additional maintenance to ensure all the smell was gone and the scene was cleaned up. Brian's excellent: his service, his professionalism, his follow through, his reasonable price. Bio-One Chicago North is now the clean up company for our condo management company and I will definitely call him for other services such as removal of household goods, cleaning, and hauling. From my first phone call Brian was a pleasure to deal with despite the difficult circumstances of a residential clean up. He was professional and still warm and understanding. The crew was the same way. They were prompt in responding to any inquiry and were worth every cent of their fee and then more.

We retained Bio One to remove some furniture before my mother's house was sold. Brian came to the house promptly to review what needed to be moved and provide us with an estimate. We liked that Bio One has typical business insurance coverages in place. Some competitors are run more like side gigs without such protections. We also liked that Bio One would deliver anything in condition to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Some competitors will often pitch much of what they pick up and can't find someone to buy/take from them. Brian and his team clearly have moved furniture many times before, and were very effective and professional in clearing the house. We had 1-2 challenging pieces they figured out how to move cleanly. They kept us advised throughout the process and finished well within the time estimates they provided. The pricing seems comparable and competitive with other doing similar work. They also are very personable and easy to work with. My brother decided to keep a bookcase. Bio One had a job the next day near where he lives; Brian and his wife delivered the bookcase to my brother at no additional charge. We would use Bio One again for similar work, and will recommend them to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Brian and his staff. They first explained to us on a phone call what they would do and how they operate. Thus, we hired them, and they performed better than expected. We appreciate how they divide items between what could be donated to Habitat for Humanity and what was junk. There are also items, such as bikes, that are sent to other destinations to be rehabbed and donated. They have a nice network of companies that can benefit from other people's left-over items. They are very caring in pointing out items that could have sentimental value and allowing us to review them before they are junked. They are incredible efficient in dividing items when loading them on the truck to get to the best destination. All employees we encountered were very friendly and congenial. Getting our house cleared out was a large load off of our mind. Also, we believe the price paid was very equitable.

Like the other reviews this one isn't going to be any different because they are amazing they came in our situation was rather rough they were understanding they took their time they were patient with us they walked us through the process kept us in the loop very caring very understanding patient and their extraordinary attention to detail Brian and Linda the best I give 10 stars but I can only do five hope you guys see this because I really do appreciate what you did and thank you so so much I can only get five stars but I'm just going to say 10 out of 10 fully recommend

Fantastic experience working with Brian, Lynn and the crew. Super responsive, listened to all instructions, treated the place with respect and did a fantastic job. Even came in under the original estimate. Made a tough situation so much easier to deal with. Would not hesistate to hire again and absolutely recommend.

Brian and his team helped my family take care of a tough cleaning job during a medical emergency. Brian was so kind, understanding, and quick to respond. The price he quoted us was far more affordable than other companies we had look at the place. Him and his team were super hard working and did a great job!
