"Brian and Lynn are reliable, prompt, communicative, and empathetic. I have worked with them on two separate situations, one involving a dear friend and a multiple home situation. Another situation involved a hoarding tenant. Both times they have been extremely professional and made me feel like our case was solitary focus. They provided detailed reports on end of day and mid day for these bigger jobs and always locked up and communicated about check in and check out of the spaces. In both situations, they listened and learned about the folks with whom they were working to provide search and hold services for specific items. They still hold a weekly appointment longterm to help organize and let go of items in the larger of the two situations mentioned above. In this longer term job, they provide consideration in the items being sorted and removed, discretion, and real care for the person with whom they are working. It was a difficult and very lucky day the day I first called Bio-One. It is a relationship I feel incredibly privileged to continue."

Brian was super quick to respond--within a few hours of receiving my email he was out to take a look and make an estimate. He was prompt the following day and completed the work needed, which took him just a couple of hours. I can't say enough about his professionalism. Highly recommended. I'm sure with the storm recently he'll be in high demand, but worth it.

We retained Bio One to remove some furniture before my mother's house was sold. Brian came to the house promptly to review what needed to be moved and provide us with an estimate. We liked that Bio One has typical business insurance coverages in place. Some competitors are run more like side gigs without such protections. We also liked that Bio One would deliver anything in condition to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Some competitors will often pitch much of what they pick up and can't find someone to buy/take from them. Brian and his team clearly have moved furniture many times before, and were very effective and professional in clearing the house. We had 1-2 challenging pieces they figured out how to move cleanly. They kept us advised throughout the process and finished well within the time estimates they provided. The pricing seems comparable and competitive with other doing similar work. They also are very personable and easy to work with. My brother decided to keep a bookcase. Bio One had a job the next day near where he lives; Brian and his wife delivered the bookcase to my brother at no additional charge. We would use Bio One again for similar work, and will recommend them to friends and family.

Brian and Lynn are an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed to use their services during a very difficult time and their professionalism, compassion and promptness went above and beyond what I would expect. They were very understanding of my situation and did a very thorough job both times that I needed them (for cleaning and then junk removal). I cannot recommend Bio-One enough. I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know.

Brian and his team's service was amazing. Sadly, my neighbor recently passed away and had been dead for a week. The fire department had to break down his door and the coroner had to remove him, and my condo and our entire tier was overcome with the horrible smell that comes with a situation like that. My neighbor's family was out of town and could not be here for 3 days, so we had to move quickly or our building would have been uninhabitable. I got a crash course in finding a company that did this type of work and the reviews were horrible. The only one I found that was not was Bio-One Chicago North. I called him on Sunday at 1PM. He and his team were here by 3:30PM and went to work. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why and got to the business at hand. They spent over 3 hours here, and removed all of the bio materials-which included tearing up all the carpet and wood flooring-and disposed of them in hazmat bags/boxes that were then taken to a hazardous material company to be destroyed. They also set up a machine that took out the rest of the smell. By the time they left, I didn't have to wear a mask and my neighbor's place smelled normal. This was especially important as my neighbor's family was coming to an already tough situation and Brian's work made at least one part of it easier. Brian even came back for additional maintenance to ensure all the smell was gone and the scene was cleaned up. Brian's excellent: his service, his professionalism, his follow through, his reasonable price. Bio-One Chicago North is now the clean up company for our condo management company and I will definitely call him for other services such as removal of household goods, cleaning, and hauling. His team returned the next day and completed the project professionally and respectfully. His pricing was both competitive and reflective of my situation. Brian & Lynn are the real deal. Honest, friendly, reliable, & efficient. Our condo association was notified at 3am by one of our residents that a death had occurred in their home & that various fluids had been deposited on the carpeted stairs when the paramedics removed the body. We did a quick search of biohazard cleaners & immediately called Bio-One's 24 hour number. Bill answered the call, assessed our situation, & scheduled an inspection for 8:30 that morning. Brian & Lynn showed up at 8:30 on the dot, did a thorough, step-by-step inspection of the stairs, walls, & banisters, and after identifying the affected areas, gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot. Then, to my surprise, they said they could have the affected areas treated (with an eco-friendly, non-toxic enzyme/disinfectant solution), as well as going the extra mile to disinfect the walls, baseboards & banisters. Within an hour, the job was done. I can't recommend them enough.
