Lynn and Brian went above and beyond with the job I had for them at the Apollo Theater in Lincoln Park. They not only dealt with the delicate situation with expertise, but also with a kindness and humanity that I greatly appreciated. The work they did was prompt and thorough, and the cost of the job was well-priced. I don't often need a biohazard clean up team, but if I ever need one again, there is no doubt in my mind that I will reach out to Lynn and Brian. Recommend.

Brian responded promptly to a family hoarding situation that I was having so much anxiety about. He made recommendations and allowed me to make all the decisions. In 2 days, him and his team cleaned out, organized, disinfected carpet and other areas with human waste, put aside family valuables and had the house looking 100 percent better. They still hold a weekly appointment longterm to help organize and let go of items in the larger of the two situations mentioned above. In this longer term job, they provide consideration in the items being sorted and removed, discretion, and real care for the person with whom they are working.
