Brian and his team are amazing. They are so easy to work with, and they do exceptional work. Our basement was flooded with sewage, they came out (on time) and they were so professional. They finished the job in the exact time frame they said they would. The basement looks better than it did even before the issue. I highly recommend Bio-One of Chicago North. Brian & Lynn are the real deal. Honest, friendly, reliable, & efficient. Our condo association was notified at 3am by one of our residents that a death had occurred in their home & that various fluids had been deposited on the carpeted stairs when the paramedics removed the body. We did a quick search of biohazard cleaners & immediately called Bio-One's 24 hour number. Bill answered the call, assessed our situation, & scheduled an inspection for 8:30 that morning. Brian & Lynn showed up at 8:30 on the dot, did a thorough, step-by-step inspection of the stairs, walls, & banisters, and after identifying the affected areas, gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot. Then, to my surprise, they said they could have the affected areas treated (with an eco-friendly, non-toxic enzyme/disinfectant solution), as well as going the extra mile to disinfect the walls, baseboards & banisters. Within an hour, the job was done. I can't recommend them enough.

Brian and Lynn are reliable, prompt, communicative, and empathetic. I have worked with them on two separate situations, one involving a dear friend and a multiple home situation. Another situation involved a hoarding tenant. Both times they have been extremely professional and made me feel like our case was solitary focus. They provided detailed reports on end of day and mid day for these bigger jobs and always locked up and communicated about check in and check out of the spaces. In both situations, they listened and learned about the folks with whom they were working to provide search and hold services for specific items. They still hold a weekly appointment longterm to help organize and let go of items in the larger of the two situations mentioned above. In this longer term job, they provide consideration in the items being sorted and removed, discretion, and real care for the person with whom they are working. It was a difficult and very lucky day the day I first called Bio-One. It is a relationship I feel incredibly privileged to continue.
